Daphne International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, manufactures, distributes, and retails women’s footwear and accessories in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. The company offers its products under own brands, the Daphne and Shoebox, as well as brands under exclusive distributorships, such as AEE, STEP HIGHER, AEROSOLES, and ALDO. As of December 31, 2018, it operated 2,820 points-of-sale (POS) units, which included 2,648 POS under its core brands business, as well as 172 POS were under its other brands business. It is also involved in the e-commerce and property holding businesses. The company was formerly known as Prime Success International Group Limited and changed its name to Daphne International Holdings Limited in June 2008. Daphne International Holdings Limited was founded in 1987 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
