How Strong Is CSG Systems International's Balance Sheet?

According to the last reported balance sheet, CSG Systems International had liabilities of US$431.1m due within 12 months, and liabilities of US$478.7m due beyond 12 months. Offsetting this, it had US$146.2m in cash and US$338.6m in receivables that were due within 12 months. So it has liabilities totalling US$425.0m more than its cash and near-term receivables, combined.
