It also provides credit facilities for the purchase of residential houses, apartments, flats, shop/shop houses, rest houses, and lots/land ripe in real estate construction, as well as for construction/renovation, refinancing, and take over; credit facilities without collateral; credit facilities for the purchase of motor vehicle wheels; loans to the company’s deposit, savings, and current account holders; and revolving loans, working capital loans, and medium or long term loans to businesses. In addition, the company offers debit and credit cards; SMS, Internet, and phone banking services, as well as automated teller machine services; domestic and international remittances, safe deposit boxes, bank references, travelers cheques, foreign bank notes, and collection payment services; retirement savings products; banc assurance services; cash management and loan syndication services; facilities, security, Escrow, and paying agency services; and fund, custody, trustee, and bank guarantee services. Further, it provides facilities for ease of planning investment in money market instruments and capital markets, mutual funds, and brokerage services for bond transactions; personal life, accident, and health insurance products; forfeiting, bill collection financing, open account financing, and trade transaction services; and foreign exchange services, money market accounts, deposit on call, and derivative products. As of December 31, 2017, the company operated 200 domestic branches, 1,085 sub-branches, and 848 other outlets, as well as 5 overseas branches located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo, London, and Seoul; and 1 agency in New York.
