The company also provides personal loans products, including real estate, auto, boat, lot, home equity loan of credit, construction, and other personal loans; and commercial loans, such as commercial equipment/installation loans, commercial real estate, construction, investment real estate, lines of credit, SBA loans, and short term loans. In addition, it offers one-to-four family real estate, mobile home, marine, farm, and multi-family loans; and holds real estate and other assets, as well as provides online banking services. The company was founded in 1873 and is headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. BV Financial, Inc. is a subsidiary of Bay-Vanguard, M.H.C.
