Move About Group AB (publ) Approves Director Appointments Move About Group AB (publ) at The Extraordinary General Meeting held 9 January 2023, resolved to elect Sverre H. Stange and Cathrin Idén as new directors. Sverre H. Stange, born 1956, holds a degree in Economics from Lund University and the University of San Francisco (International Finance) and has previously worked for SEB/SBL in London and Hong Kong and Oslo Finans AS. Sverre H. Stange has worked as an independent investor since 1995 and he is a member of the board of Nordic Capital Partne II AS, ESGIAN AS, Gfjord Invest AS and others. Sverre H. Stange's main areas of expertise include leadership, finance and business turnaround. Cathrin Idén, born 1976, is a business developer and change manager with broad experience in IT, sales, marketing, business development, mobility, sustainability, solar energy and charging infrastructure. Move About Group AB Announces CFO Changes In part of streamlining the administrative functions of Move About Group AB, certain functions, such as finance and claims settlement, are moved to the head office in Gothenburg. As a result, Andreas Tullborg, 40, is appointed as acting CFO of Move About Group AB and will be part of the company's management team. Magnus Bergan, CFO, will leave the group after the third quarter report in November. Andreas, who has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg and studies at California State University, has previous work experience as an analyst at Bank of New York Mellon, Business Controller and CFO at larger companies such as Tamro, Uniflex (part of Poolia) where he also worked as Regional Manager West. Move About Group AB Appoints Olof Jonasson as CEO Olof Jonasson, 51, has been appointed new President and CEO of Move About Group AB. Olof has since April 2022 been Acting CEO for the group. Olof has during the period November 2021-March 2022 served on the company's board and previously has a background in leading positions in the financial market in Sweden. Since Olof Jonasson took up the job as Acting CEO, he has convincingly changed the strategy and executed on the group's efficiency program and is the right person to continue to develop the company. Move About Group AB (Publ) Announces Executive Changes The Board of Directors has agreed with Morten von Krogh that he will step down as CEO of Move About Group as the group embarks on the next phase of its journey. The Board has appointed current board member Olof Jonasson as acting CEO. Olof has been a member of the Board at Move About since 2021 and has a background in various leadership roles in the financial markets in Stockholm. Morten von Krogh will stay on in an advisory capacity.
