The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Moment Group

In fact, the recent sale by Jan Andersson was the biggest sale of Moment Group shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. While insider selling is a negative, to us, it is more negative if the shares are sold at a lower price. The silver lining is that this sell-down took place above the latest price (kr2.02). So it may not tell us anything about how insiders feel about the current share price.

Does Moment Group Boast High Insider Ownership?

Many investors like to check how much of a company is owned by insiders. I reckon it's a good sign if insiders own a significant number of shares in the company. It appears that Moment Group insiders own 25% of the company, worth about kr16m. This level of insider ownership is good but just short of being particularly stand-out. It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.

So What Do The Moment Group Insider Transactions Indicate?

An insider sold Moment Group shares recently, but they didn't buy any. And our longer term analysis of insider transactions didn't bring confidence, either. Insider ownership isn't particularly high, so this analysis makes us cautious about the company. So we'd only buy after careful consideration. So while it's helpful to know what insiders are doing in terms of buying or selling, it's also helpful to know the risks that a particular company is facing. Our analysis shows 6 warning signs for Moment Group (3 can't be ignored!) and we strongly recommend you look at these before investing.
