Biography

Auriant Mining AB (publ), a junior mining company, explores for and produces gold in Russia. The company holds interest in two producing mines, including the Tardan project in the Republic of Tyva and the Solcocon project in the Zabaikalsky region. It also holds interests in the Uzhunzhul project, an early stage exploration property located in the Republic of Khakassia; and the Kara-Beldyr project, an advanced exploration property located in the Republic of Tyva. The company was formerly known as Central Asia Gold AB and changed its name to Auriant Mining AB (publ) in June 2012. The company was founded in 2004 and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Auriant Mining AB (publ) is a subsidiary of Bertil Holdings Limited.
