As part of consideration, an undisclosed value is paid towards common equity of Rimab Facility Service Ab. The acquisition, which consists of an admission consideration and an earn-out, will be carried out as an all-cash transaction. The closing consideration amounts to SEK 15 million excluding net cash and the earn-out is determined so that the total purchase price will be 5 times EBIT based on 2025 earnings.
