Fletcher Building (NZSE:FBU) adds NZ$96m to market cap in the past 7 days, though investors from three years ago are still down 50%
In order to justify the effort of selecting individual stocks, it's worth striving to beat the returns from a market index fund. Unfortunately, that's been the case for longer term Fletcher Building Limited (NZSE:FBU) shareholders, since the share price is down 61% in the last three years, falling well short of the market decline of around 0.8%.
