Kanchana Ratwatte Joins as the Chairman of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka The incumbent Bank of Ceylon (BOC) Chairman Kanchana Ratwatte has been appointed as the Chairman of Merchant Bank of Sri Lanka (MBSL) with effect form September 30, 2020.
