Extreme Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6033) completed the acquisition of remaining 49% stake in ex-labo co., Ltd. from AltPlus Inc.(TSE:3672). Extreme Co.,Ltd.(TSE:6033) signed an agreement to acquire remaining 49% stake in ex-labo co., Ltd. from AltPlus Inc.(TSE:3672)for ¥4.9 million on April 23, 2020. AltPlus Inc. will sell 490 shares of ex-labo co., Ltd. Prior to the transaction, Extreme Co.,Ltd. holds 51% stake and AltPlus Inc. holds 49% stake in ex-labo co., Ltd. After the transaction, ex-labo co., Ltd. will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Extreme Co.,Ltd.
