Indiabulls Real Estate Limited Announces CFO Changes Indiabulls Real Estate Limited in its board meeting held on May 17, 2023 approved the appointment of Mr. Manish Kumar Sinha as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, w.e.f. May 17, 2023, in place of Mr. Saurabh Garg. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Saurabh Garg has resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on May 16, 2023.
