The company also provides facility management services, such as cleaning, house-keeping, termite and pest control management, catering, office support, guest house and service apartment management, mechanical and electrical maintenance, plumbing, preventive maintenance, and repairing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning services. In addition, it deals in lands, buildings, factories, house, flats, and other residential, as well as commercial, agricultural, and mining properties; and constructs, maintains, and alters residential, commercial, and industrial plots and properties.
