The company operates through Treasury, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Retail Banking, and Other Banking Operations segments. The company provides deposit products, including savings and current accounts, fixed deposits, re-investment plans, recurring deposits, facility deposits, and capital gains deposits. It also offers agriculture, group, personal/individual, small and medium enterprises, education, and nonresident Indian loans. In addition, the company provides net, mobile, and phone banking, as well as insurance services; credit and debit cards; and merchant banking, stock broking, depository participant, and financial products distribution and allied services. As of March 31, 2018, it operated 2,820 branches comprising 727 rural, 786 semi urban, 630 urban, and 677 metropolitan branches, and 3 overseas branches in Singapore, Colombo, and Jaffna; and 2,846 automated teller machines.
