Here's Why I Think Brimag Digital Age (TLV:BRMG) Might Deserve Your Attention Today
Some have more dollars than sense, they say, so even companies that have no revenue, no profit, and a record of falling short, can easily find investors. But as Warren Buffett has mused, 'If you've been playing poker for half an hour and you still don't know who the patsy is, you're the patsy.' When they buy such story stocks, investors are all too often the patsy.
So if you're like me, you might be more interested in profitable, growing companies, like Brimag Digital Age (TLV:BRMG). Now, I'm not saying that the stock is necessarily undervalued today; but I can't shake an appreciation for the profitability of the business itself. Conversely, a loss-making company is yet to prove itself with profit, and eventually the sweet milk of external capital may run sour.

Brimag Digital Age's Earnings Per Share Are Growing.
If a company can keep growing earnings per share (EPS) long enough, its share price will eventually follow. It's no surprise, then, that I like to invest in companies with EPS growth. Impressively, Brimag Digital Age has grown EPS by 20% per year, compound, in the last three years. If the company can sustain that sort of growth, we'd expect shareholders to come away winners.
Careful consideration of revenue growth and earnings before interest and taxation (EBIT) margins can help inform a view on the sustainability of the recent profit growth. Brimag Digital Age shareholders can take confidence from the fact that EBIT margins are up from 5.1% to 10%, and revenue is growing. Ticking those two boxes is a good sign of growth, in my book.

Since Brimag Digital Age is no giant, with a market capitalization of ₪280m, so you should definitely check its cash and debt before getting too excited about its prospects.
Are Brimag Digital Age Insiders Aligned With All Shareholders?
Many consider high insider ownership to be a strong sign of alignment between the leaders of a company and the ordinary shareholders. So as you can imagine, the fact that Brimag Digital Age insiders own a significant number of shares certainly appeals to me. In fact, they own 61% of the company, so they will share in the same delights and challenges experienced by the ordinary shareholders. To me this is a good sign because it suggests they will be incentivised to build value for shareholders over the long term. With that sort of holding, insiders have about ₪170m riding on the stock, at current prices. That's nothing to sneeze at!
Should You Add Brimag Digital Age To Your Watchlist?
For growth investors like me, Brimag Digital Age's raw rate of earnings growth is a beacon in the night. Further, the high level of insider ownership impresses me, and suggests that I'm not the only one who appreciates the EPS growth. Fast growth and confident insiders should be enough to warrant further research. So the answer is that I do think this is a good stock to follow along with. You still need to take note of risks, for example - Brimag Digital Age has 2 warning signs we think you should be aware of.
