The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Kerry Group

In the last twelve months, the biggest single purchase by an insider was when Independent Non-Executive Director Michael Kerr bought €796k worth of shares at a price of €79.62 per share. We do like to see buying, but this purchase was made at well below the current price of €90.30. Because the shares were purchased at a lower price, this particular buy doesn't tell us much about how insiders feel about the current share price.

Happily, we note that in the last year insiders paid €1.2m for 15.00k shares. On the other hand they divested 3.06k shares, for €249k. In the last twelve months there was more buying than selling by Kerry Group insiders.
