Investors Still Waiting For A Pull Back In Swire Properties Limited (HKG:1972)

When close to half the companies in Hong Kong have price-to-earnings ratios (or "P/E's") below 9x, you may consider Swire Properties Limited (HKG:1972) as a stock to avoid entirely with its 15.5x P/E ratio.
