Executive Chairman of the Board of Hans Group Holdings Picks Up 5.4% More Stock
Hans Group Holdings Limited (HKG:554) shareholders (or potential shareholders) will be happy to see that the Executive Chairman of the Board, David An, recently bought a whopping HK$41m worth of stock, at a price of HK$0.28. While that only increased their holding size by 5.4%, it is still a big swing by our standards.
Hans Group Holdings Insider Transactions Over The Last Year
Notably, that recent purchase by David An is the biggest insider purchase of Hans Group Holdings shares that we've seen in the last year. That means that an insider was happy to buy shares at around the current price of HK$0.29. Of course they may have changed their mind. But this suggests they are optimistic. We do always like to see insider buying, but it is worth noting if those purchases were made at well below today's share price, as the discount to value may have narrowed with the rising price. Happily, the Hans Group Holdings insider decided to buy shares at close to current prices. David An was the only individual insider to buy during the last year.
