It operates through Brokerage and Margin Financing, Proprietary Trading, Corporate Finance, Money Lending and Factoring, and Consultancy and Insurance Brokerage segments. The company engages in the provision of financial advisory services, including transaction structuring operations; compliance of listing rules/takeovers codes; mergers and acquisitions advisory; project valuation; corporate rescue and resumption; transactional documentation; and corporate restructuring and financing. It is also involved in independent financial advisory activities, such as connected transactions; takeovers codes related transactions; privatizations; and independent advisory for the independent board committee and non-public disclosure issues, as well as initial public offering activities. In addition, the company offers discretionary investment portfolio management services for high net worth individuals and institutional clients. Further, it provides wealth management services, including personal financial planning, retirement planning, education planning, family and business risk management and insurance protection, and employee benefit schemes and MPF advisory services. Additionally, the company offers asset management and immigration advisory services. China Fortune Financial Group Limited serves corporate, institutional, and retail clients.
