The company provides its private education services under various brands, including Modern Education, Modern Day School, Modern Bachelor Education, Modern English, Modern Overseas Studies, Creative Education Technology, Compass College, Bridal Academy, and Modern Continuing Professional Development (M.CPD) brands. It also trades in securities, as well as lends loans. The company was formerly known as Modern Education Group Limited and changed its name to Hong Kong Education (Int'l) Investments Limited in June 2013. Hong Kong Education (Int'l) Investments Limited was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
