Mr. Zhang has been Managing Director of China Chengtong Development Group Ltd. since June 15, 2017 and as its Executive Director since January 30, 2014. Mr. Bin served as Deputy General Manager of China Chengtong Development Group Ltd. until June 15, 2017. Mr. Bin is employed at China Mobile Limited. He joined China Chengtong Development Group in July 2010. He has been Deputy General Manager of China Chengtong Hong Kong Company Limited (“CCHK”). since 2007. Mr. Bin has been engaged in the field of management for many years and is taking an executive master of business administration degree course in China Europe International Business School. He has rich theoretical and practical experience in corporate management and risk control. He joined China National Foreign Trade Transportation Corporation (“Sinotrans Group Company”) and worked in its port department from January 1982 to June 1988. After that, he was stationed in the United States, working with China Interocean Transport Inc. from 1988 to 1992. From January 1993 to February 1997, he acted as Deputy General Manager and General Manager of Sinoair. He served as Vice President of Sinotrans Group Company since 1997 and served as President since May 2001. He served as Deputy President and Chairman of The Board of Supervisors at Harbin Bank Co., Ltd. from April 2012 to June 30, 2015. He served as Chairman of the Board at Sinotrans Ltd. He served as an Executive Director of Sinotrans Ltd. since November 19, 2002. Mr. Bin graduated from Beijing University and held a doctorate degree. He also undertook post-doctoral research in Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and North Carolina State University in the United States. He obtained from Peking University the International Master of Business Administration degree in May 2002. He was graduated from Lanzhou Institute of Railway in January 1982.
