Enwell Energy plc engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and gas properties in Ukraine. The company holds 100% interest in gas and condensate fields, including the Mekhediviska-Golotvshinska and Svyrydivske fields located in Poltava region covering an area of 269 square kilometers; the Vasyschevskoye field located in the Kharkiv region covering an area of 33.2 square kilometers; and the Svystunivsko-Chervonolutskyi filed located in Poltava region of north-eastern Ukraine covering an area of 97 square kilometers. The company was formerly known as Regal Petroleum plc and changed its name to Enwell Energy plc in May 2020.
