Private-equity firms SK Capital Partners (SK Capital Partners, LP) and Lone Star (Lone Star Americas Acquisitions, Inc.) are also said to be evaluating bids. The sources indicated that Swixx could fetch EUR 1.5 billion to EUR 2 billion ($1.7 billion to $2.2 billion), though talks are ongoing and may not lead to a deal.
