Mr. Ledergerber serves as the Chairman of the Board at HS Management Holding Ltd, St. Gallen, at HSZH Management Ltd, Zurich, as well as at Vadian Bank Ltd, St. Gallen. He serves as Chairman of Hyposwiss Privatbank AG in Zurich and Hyposwiss Private Bank Genève SA. Before he came to the SGKB, Mr. Ledergerber worked at the UBS for twelve years in different roles in the fields of controlling, corporate and institutional banking Europe and corporate clients Switzerland in Switzerland and abroad. He has been a Director of VZ Holding AG since 2014.
