We Think Neinor Homes (BME:HOME) Can Stay On Top Of Its Debt

It's only natural to consider a company's balance sheet when you examine how risky it is, since debt is often involved when a business collapses. We can see that Neinor Homes, S.A. A Look At Neinor Homes' Liabilities

Zooming in on the latest balance sheet data, we can see that Neinor Homes had liabilities of €828.2m due within 12 months and liabilities of €345.6m due beyond that. Offsetting these obligations, it had cash of €291.1m as well as receivables valued at €60.6m due within 12 months. So its liabilities outweigh the sum of its cash and (near-term) receivables by €822.1m.

On the plus side, this leverage can boost shareholder returns, but the potential downside is more risk of loss, so it's worth monitoring the balance sheet.
