The company offers iTalentX integrated HCM solutions, including Recruitment Cloud, a technology-enabled talent recruitment application, to help organizations streamline the recruitment process; Assessment Cloud solution, an application that help customers to evaluate current and prospective employees from their skills and capabilities to growth potential; and Performance Management Cloud solution, which allows customers to align employee goals and continually track progress and supports all-rounded performance assessments of employees and organisation. It also provides Succession Cloud, that provides real-time visibility into customers’ talent pipeline and potential successors within their existing workforce from senior executives to individual contributors; E-learning Cloud, an online learning and training management platform; people analytics solutions; and Core HCM solutions for new hire onboarding, staffing management, and payroll administration.
