Beisen Holdings Limited Launches Mavens Ai Hr Expert Platform and Debuts 15 Plus Ai Hr Experts

Beisen Holdings Limited successfully held its 4th User Heroes Conference in Beijing on August 28, and launched Beisen Mavens 15+ AI HR Experts. Beisen officially launched Mavens, a one-stop AI HR expert platform. This platform features process-driven AI assistants to execute routine administrative tasks - such as onboarding, transfers, and offboarding - alongside talent-focused AI experts that provide professional assessments across talent selection, development, and retention. The newly launched AI Talent Officer supports key scenarios such as talent recommendation, talent appointment, and development. Serving as an on-demand talent expert for managers and a digital twin of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO), it leverages full-lifecycle HR data to construct a multi-dimensional “talent profile” for every employee. In the recruitment field, Beisen debuted an AI Recruitment Expert Team. This collaborative suite of AI agents - comprising the AI Sourcer, AI Recruiter, AI Candidate Assistant, AI Interviewer 3.0, and AI Interview Assistant - streamlines talent sourcing, candidate communication and talent assessment.
