Mr. Chen Joined China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. in April 1999 and served as its Head of the investment banking Division and served as its Director of Investment Banking Department until September 2000, Assistant to the President from September 2000 to February 2003 and Vice President from February 2003 to January 2006. Mr. Chen served as Vice President of Cinda since January 2003. He served as Vice President of Well Kent International Group Co., Ltd. from January 2006 to December 2008 and has been its Chairman of the Board of Directors since January 2006. From April 1997 to April 1999, Mr. Chen served as Deputy General Manager of Sales Department of head Office of China Construction Bank. From April, 1999 to September 2000, he served as the Supervisor of Investment Banking Department at China Cinda. From September 2000 to February 2003, Mr. Chen served as the Assistant to President of China Cinda. He served as Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of China Cinda of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited until March 27, 2005. Mr. Chen has over 18 years of experience in banking and finance sectors. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors at Nanyang Commercial Bank Limited since May 30, 2016. He serves as the Chairman of Well Kent. Mr. Chen serves as the Chairman of Sino-Rock Investment Management Company Limited. He served as Chairman at Silver Grant International Industries Limited since February 13, 2006 until January 20, 2017. He served as the Chairman of Cinda International Holdings Limited from December 2, 2008 to January 19, 2015. He served as the Chairman of Silver Grant International Industries Limited from February 13, 2006 to January 20, 2017. He served as a Non-Executive Director of China National Materials Company Limited from July 26, 2007 to July 12, 2011 and was responsible for the formulation of development strategies and overall project planning. Previously, Mr. Chen served as an Executive Director of Silver Grant International Industries Limited since February 13, 2006.
