On May 21, 2020, Zhuhai State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission issued "Opinions on Zhuhai Jiusi Investment Co., Ltd 's Acquisition of Gree Real Estate Shares by agreeing to this tender offer. Before the announcement of the tender offer report, Zhuhai Jiusi Investment Co., Ltd has deposited CNY 238.17 million into the designated account of the Shanghai branch of the registration and settlement company as the performance bond for this tender offer.
