The company offers checking and savings accounts; cards; savings and investment products; mortgage, house, real estate, party, equipment, collective, consumer, vehicle, personal, travel, rechargeable, vitamin, and other loans; and insurance, money transfer, investment financing, bond, and international operation services, as well as online, mobile, and SMS banking services. As of December 31, 2020, it operated through a network of 51 agencies, including 26 in Cotonou and 25 agencies in the provinces.
