Solarvest BioEnergy to Transfer Listing from Tier 2 to NEX, Effective at the Opening on January 9, 2024 In accordance with TSX Venture Policy 2.5, Solarvest BioEnergy Inc. has not maintained the requirements for a TSX Venture Tier 2 company. (TSXV:SVS) announced a non-brokered private placement of 800,000 unit at a price of CAD 0.25 for gross proceeds of CAD 2,000,000 on March 17, 2021. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional common share of the company at a price of CAD 0.35 per share for a period of one year following closing. In the event that the volume weighted average price of the common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange is equal to or greater than CAD 0.70 per share for a period of 20 consecutive trading days at any time during the period of time commencing 12 months after closing until the expiry of the warrants.
