Dollar Tree Announces Chief Supply Chain Changes Dollar Tree, Inc. announced that Chief Supply Chain Officer Mike Kindy will retire, and that Roxanne Weng has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Supply Chain Officer. The closing of the transaction is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of US antitrust approval and regulatory approvals. The deal is expected to close in approximately 90 days with the Family Dollar business remaining headquartered in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Provides Consolidated Earnings Guidance for the Third Quarter and Full Year 2023 Dollar Tree, Inc. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the third quarter and full year 2023, for the quarter, the company expects net sales will range from $7.3 billion to $7.5 billion, based on a mid-single-digit increase in same-store sales for the enterprise, and for the Dollar Tree and Family Dollar segments.
