New major risk - Revenue and earnings growth Earnings have declined by 18% per year over the past 5 years. This is considered a major risk. Neo London Capital PLC (BUL:178B) completed the acquisition of an additional 0.08% stake in Premier Fund REIT (BUL:4PR) for BGN 0.01 million from three shareholders. Neo London Capital PLC (BUL:178B) made an offer to acquire remaining 36.11% stake in Premier Fund REIT (BUL:4PR) for BGN 6.8 million on February 4, 2020. Neo London Capital PLC will acquire 0.65 million shares at BGN 10.501 per share. As of March 26, 2020, Neo London Capital increased the price of its buyout bid to BGN 10.51 per share. The Financial Supervision Commission has not yet approved the publication of the offer. Neo London Capital's initial buyout bid was suspended by the Financial Supervision Commission, which asked for corrections last month. Transaction was approved by Board of Premier Fund REIT. As of April 8, 2020, Financial Supervision Commission has banned the publication of a buyout bid by Neo London Capital due to several deficiencies concerning the price calculation method and the financing of the offer. As of June 16, 2020, the Board of Premier Fund REIT considers the BGN 10.51 per share price offered by local Neo London Capital in a buyout bid for the remaining 36.11% stake it does not own a fair price to minority shareholders. On July 8, 2020, Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission said that it has temporarily suspended the publication of a buyout bid by Neo London for remaining shares in Premier Fund REIT.
