Dr. De Muelenaere served as Vice-President of R&D at IRIS. He serves as Chairman and Executive Director of IRIS Group. He serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Docutec AG. He serves as a Director of E-Capital SA and Parc Paradisio SA, G-Tech, e-Capital and Cio-Club. He serves as a Director of R.I.S. Group SA. Dr. De Muelenaere has been an Independent Director of Proximus PLC since 2011. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Pairi Daiza SA. He served as an Independent Director of Business Solutions Builders International SA since 2007. He elected Manager of the year 2001 by the Trends-Tendances editorial staff. He received the "2001 Manager of the Year" award, which is the most respected management award in Belgium.
