Xstate Resources Limited, together with its subsidiaries, explores and produces of oil and natural gas properties in the United States. The company holds a 20% working interest (WI) in Anshof-3 exploration well located in Austria; 25% WI in the Crest Jinn assets, including 2 oil wells located in Canada; 33.33% WI in Borba Natural Gas Drilling located in California; and various WIs between 10% and 30% in oil and gas leases in Sacramento Basin, California. It also holds a 12% interest in the King Brown gold tenement.
