The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Cluey
In fact, the recent purchase by Mark Rohald was the biggest purchase of Cluey shares made by an insider individual in the last twelve months, according to our records. So it's clear an insider wanted to buy, at around the current price, which is AU$0.03. Of course they may have changed their mind. But this suggests they are optimistic. If someone buys shares at well below current prices, it's a good sign on balance, but keep in mind they may no longer see value. The good news for Cluey share holders is that insiders were buying at near the current price.

It certainly does suggest a reasonable degree of alignment.
So What Do The Cluey Insider Transactions Indicate?
It's certainly positive to see the recent insider purchase. We also take confidence from the longer term picture of insider transactions. But we don't feel the same about the fact the company is making losses. Given that insiders also own a fair bit of Cluey we think they are probably pretty confident of a bright future. In addition to knowing about insider transactions going on, it's beneficial to identify the risks facing Cluey. While conducting our analysis, we found that Cluey has 3 warning signs and it would be unwise to ignore them.
