Sandisk: Years Of Demand, One Quarter Of Doubt

Summary Eight customers cover more than half of Sandisk's FY2027 NAND bits, yet 'modest' pricing growth for FQ1 erased 10.2% in two sessions. My view is that the market wanted accelerating NAND pricing, not merely excellent growth. The Street's target cuts mostly focused on peak-price assumptions, yet most firms kept their ratings. Datacenter supplied 50.1% of Q4's sequential revenue growth, though the company still has not disclosed an AI-only revenue split. I maintain a Hold rating on Sandisk after owning SNDK stock briefly after the Citadel-Situational Awareness bounce-back. It's the technicals that I don't like (not the fundamentals).
