Announces Resignation of Jason Moos as Chief Financial Officer, Effective June 30, 2026 SpringBig Holdings, Inc. announced that on June 29, 2026, Jason Moos and SpringBig Holdings, Inc. entered into a Key Employee Retention, Transition, and Resignation Agreement (the “Transition Agreement”) pursuant to which Mr. Moos resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 30, 2026, but will remain employed by the Company through July 11, 2026 and thereafter will provide transition and consulting services for a limited period.
