(OTCPK:NWGC) on December 14, 2022. Rock Creek Mining is returned it to its previous owner. Rock Creek Mining holds mineral rights to the 80 Acre Wyoming Claim, and the 117 Acre Idaho Claim.An unknown buyer completed the acquisition of Rock Creek Mining & Exploration Co. from New World Gold Corp.
