Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. Announces the Release of Additional Drill Results from the 2025 Reverse Circulation Drill Program on the Lapon Canyon Gold Project Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. announced the release of additional drill results from the 2025 reverse circulation ("RC") drill program on the Lapon Canyon Gold Project, by Walker River Resources Corp. Lapon Canyon is located within the prolific Walker Lane gold trend in Nevada, 40 miles southeast of Yerington NV and 100% owned by Walker River Resources. Nevada Canyon has an $5M Exploration Stream Earn-in Agreement for 50% of the Project and holds a 3% Net Smelter Royalty ("NSR"). Highlights: Drilling on the new upper drill road at Hotspot has significantly extended gold mineralization to the south and the east results include: 3.35 g/t Au over 64m starting at 149.4 m including 8.01 g/t Au over 19.9m in hole LC-25-150; 2.17 g/t Au over 86.9 m starting at 126.5 m, including 3.92 g/t over 45.7m and 21.8 g/t over 4.6m in hole LC- 25-156; 1.38g/t Au over 68.6m starting at 97.5m, including 2.29 g/t over 19.8m in hole LC-25 -154; 2.02 g/t Au over 57.9m starting at 132.6m in hole LC the new upper drill road extension, located approximately 125 metres northeast of the Hotspot Zone. On-going work at Lapon Canyon consists of data compilation, interpretation and resource modelling. Results from previous and current (2024-2025) drill programs, including the subsequent data compilation will enable the completion of an initial NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource on the Project. Further drill results will be released as they become available. Sampling Methodology, Chain of Custody, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. All sampling was conducted under the supervision of the Company's project geologists and the chain of custody from the drill to the sample preparation facility was continuously monitored. Sampling Methodology, chain of custody from the drill rig at every 1.5-meter interval, standard in the exploration industry. A small sample is also taken at the drill rig and put into a chip tray for examination purposes and to determine those sample bags that should be sent to the lab for assay purposes. The full sample bag from the interval chosen for assay purposes is then sent directly from the drill site to the lab, located in Sparks, NV. The Company has a large, strategic land position and royalties in multiple projects, within some of Nevada's higher royalties and streams. Announcement • Apr 25

Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. Announces Results from Initial Exploration Program on the Agai-Pah Property Nevada Canyon Gold Corp. announced results from the initial Phase I exploration program on one of the Company's Accelerator properties, the Agai-Pah Property, located in Northern Nevada, within the prolific Walker Lane shear zone. Initial prospect sampling of the Agai-Pah property by the Company returned up to 1829 g/t (58.8 oz/t) silver (Ag) from an exposed mineralized vein on a surface outcrop. Of the samples collected from surface outcrops that focused on mineralized shear zones and associated quartz veins, five (5) samples returned significant results. Phase I of the Agai- Pah exploration program consisted of reconnaissance prospecting, geological mapping, and surface sampling on the property. This initial Phase I exploration program will provide accurate modern data to assist in the planning of the Phase II exploration program later in 2025. Historical sampling on the project has revealed the presence of silver, copper, gold, lead, zinc, barium and barite. There have been at least two periods of mining on the property, the first period in the early 1900's, and then later in the late 1980's. The work consisted of exploration of at least 15 adits, 5 vertical shafts, declines and numerous prospects pits along structures. The Agai-Pah Property is in close proximity to several past producing mines including the Rawhide, Aurora, Borealis, Pamlico, evening Star, Mabel, Mindoro and Camp Douglas Mines. Held by private interests for most of its history, the Agai-PAH Property remains very underexplored with minimal modern-day exploration. These factors clearly demonstrate the exceptional potential of this relatively unexplored project for new discoveries of significant mineralization on several exploration targets in multiple zones.
