4Cable TV International, Inc. (OTCPK:CATV) completed the acquisition of CIGN, LLC from Michael Feldenkrais and others for $10 million. 4Cable TV International, Inc. (OTCPK:CATV) signed a Letter of Intent agreement to acquire CIGN, LLC from Michael Feldenkrais and others on December 28, 2020. As of February 3, 2021, the transaction is expected to close by the end of next week or sooner.

4Cable TV International, Inc. Announces Hiring of Two Board of Advisors 4Cable TV International, Inc. announced hiring of two new members to the Board of Advisors. First, the company has hired Mark Slaugh. Mark Slaugh is the CEO and founder of iComply; the oldest Cannabis Compliance Company in the United States. The second hire is Arthur A. Estopinan, a veteran player in the United States House of Representatives. Effective January 25, 2021 both individuals begin working for the company assisting 4Cable TV International to vet out the Mergers and Acquisitions and assist in the process of growing the company globally in the Cannabis Industry.
