Black Rock Petroleum Company (OTCPK:BKRP) completed the acquisition of Torrance Petroleum Company from Affluence Projects LLC for approximately $290 million. Black Rock Petroleum Company (OTCPK:BKRP) executed a contract to acquire Torrance Petroleum Company from Affluence Projects LLC on December 2, 2020. The transaction is structured as a stock-for-stock Exchange transaction. Torrance Petroleum will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Black Rock Petroleum Company. Philip Andrews a Irish Citizen and experienced oil and gas executive has been named Managing Director of Black Rock Petroleum. As per filing on March 10, 2021, Black Rock Petroleum Company amended the agreement to acquire 100% ownership of Torrance Petroleum. Original agreement, provided for the transfer of certain existing common shares to the vendor of Torrance Petroleum and for the issuance of 50,000,000 newly issued preferred shares of the company to the vendor, the amended agreement has extended the timeframe to transfer the common stock so as to enable the company to be able comply by transferring the common shares. In addition to extending the agreement in order to complete the transaction with no further dilution to existing shareholders the Vendor also waived its right to receive 50,000,000 newly Preferred shares.
Black Rock Petroleum Company (OTCPK:BKRP) completed the acquisition of Torrance Petroleum Company from Affluence Projects LLC for approximately $290 million on March 15, 2021. As part of consideration, Black Rock Petroleum Company issued 60.425 million restricted shares to the Affluence Projects. The issued shares were 100% owned by Zoltan Nagy, President/Chief Executive Officer Black Rock Petroleum. Black Rock Petroleum Company Appoints Sivakumar Coramutla as Director Black Rock Petroleum Company announced the strengthening of its board of directors by the appointment with immediate effect of Sivakumar Coramutla age 55 years, as a Director of the company, he is a seasoned entrepreneur and company director and has served as a senior executive in many industry sectors in various key positions globally. An MBA with Masters in Electronics from USA and Bachelor of Engineering from one of the premier institutes in India. he started his career with one of the large Wall Street firms as a director of information technology services and moved to become a Vice President for Asset Management where he got his core experience and work associations with industry leaders in oil and gas firms. Black Rock Petroleum Company Announces Approved Permit and Drilling Program Black Rock Petroleum Company announced that it has approved a permitting and drilling program of up to ten new wells at its recently acquired Torrance 520 Acre California Oilfield in the Monterey Shale. Torrance Petroleum its wholly owned subsidiary will commence a permitting and drilling program to drill the wells. Philip Andrews its managing director is an experienced oil and gas executive and he will oversee the permitting and drilling program of the 520 Acre Development with plans for ten initial wells to be drilled to bring the field into production, he is also reviewing potential oil and gas opportunities in Texas and Nevada for BKRP to acquire and Drill on as part of its rapid expansion plan.
