(OTCPK:APRU) signed a letter of intent to acquire Lena Brewing Company on June 2, 2022. The transaction will be paid for in cash, non-convertible debt, and preferred shares of Apple Rush Company, Inc. Ross Vehmeier, founder Lena Beverage and team will be joining Apple Rush Company, Inc. Apple Rush Company, Inc. (OTCPK:APRU) acquired Lena Brewing Company on January 21, 2025. Brewing and Tap Room Operations will Continue to be managed by Ross Vehmeier as President of the Operating Companies of Lena Brewing Company.

Apple Rush Company, Inc. (OTCPK:APRU) acquired Elev8 Hemp, LLC from Branded Legacy Inc (OTCPK:BLEG). Apple Rush Company, Inc. (OTCPK:APRU) signed a letter of intent to acquire Elev8 Hemp, LLC from Branded Legacy Inc (OTCPK:BLEG) on October 17, 2022. To better fit the Company as a whole, Apple Rush is looking to do a name and symbol change to align with all of its current and future business. The transaction is subject to execute the Agreement encompassing the salient points of this LOI and have agreed to perform all necessary due diligence during the Thirty (30) business day period following the execution of the LOI.
