STAG Industrial: Recent Sell-Off Made It A Buy

Summary STAG is upgraded to a buy after a 12.3% sell-off, improving its risk/reward profile and yield to ~4.2%. Recent Q2 results highlight strong leasing activity, nearly 20% cash rent change, 76% retention, and $287M in acquisitions with an 8.2-year weighted average lease term.
