The Company is primarily focused on investing in high quality net lease healthcare facilities across the continuum of care, which the Company believes typically generate predictable, durable and growing income streams. The Company is the sole general partner of the Operating Partnership and directly and indirectly owns 100% of the Operating Partnership.
