AiRWA Inc. Announces Board and Committee Changes AiRWA Inc. announced that on July 10, 2026, Chenlong Liu, a director of the company, resigned from the board of directors of the Company, effective July 10, 2026. Mr. Liu did not resign on account of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. On July 15, 2026, in accordance with the recommendation of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board, the Board appointed Guibao Ji, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Alejandro Quiles to the Board. Mr. Quiles will serve as the chairman of the Compensation Committee, and a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and the Audit Committee.
