ChronoScale Corporation Announces Board and Committee Changes, Effective June 29, 2026 ChronoScale Corporation increased the size of the Board from seven to eight members and appointed Andrew Cordell Schaap to serve as a member of the Board to fill the resulting vacancy, effective as of June 29, 2026. In addition, Andrew Schaap was appointed to serve as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board, replacing Douglas Miller who will continue to serve on the Board, and as a member of the Related Party Transactions Committee of the Board, each effective as of June 29, 2026. The Board established the following committees as of June 30, 2026: Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee, and Related Party Transaction Committee. The Audit Committee is comprised of William M. Clancy (Chair), Ella Benson (Member), and Andrew Schaap (Member). The Compensation Committee is comprised of Richard Nottenburg (Chair) and Douglas Miller (Member).
