More Impact AG Announces Supervisory Board Changes More Impact AG announced that the Frankfurt District Court has appointed Prof. Dr. Stefan Hegemann as a new member of the Supervisory Board following a proposal by the company. He succeeds Dr. Karsten Behlke, who has resigned from office to move to the operational business of More Impact AG. Prof. Hegemann will stand for election to the Supervisory Board at the company's upcoming Ordinary General Meeting on August 21, 2025. With his long-standing experience as a medical doctor and his comprehensive scientific know-how, Prof. Hegemann will support More Impact in its future growth. He is a honorary professor of the University of Zurich and is also the founder of the renowned "Balance Clinic". Prof. Hegemann was head physician at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology and Facial Surgery of the University Hospital Zurich for several years. He also worked at the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and the Karlsbad-Langensteinbach Clinic. He completed his medical studies at the University of Essen, the LMU Munich, the McMaster University Hamilton and the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Prof. Hegemann is a member of the Prosper Menière Society, the Association of German-speaking Audiologists and Neurootologists (ADANO) and the Robert Barány Society. He is also a member of both the German Society for ENT and Neurology, Head and Neck Surgery and the Swiss Society for Otorhinolaryngology, Neck and Facial Surgery. In addition, he has been honoured with several accolades, including the ADANO Innovation Award.
