AerCap: Hidden Aircraft Value Still Makes It A Buy

Summary AerCap remains a buy as book value compounds, cash flow is robust, and asset sales consistently exceed carrying values. I downgrade AER from strong buy to buy as the easiest upside has materialized, but see continued value from disciplined capital deployment and supply-demand tailwinds. 2026 adjusted EPS guidance is $16.80, likely conservative; actual EPS could reach $18.25–$18.50 with second-half asset-sale gains. AER trades at 1.30x book value; full upside depends on flight equipment revaluation, with a base target of $171.64 and a bull case of $179.09. Read the full article on Seeking Alpha
