Ducommun Incorporated: Real Defense Tailwinds, Few Good Reasons To Wait

Summary Ducommun Incorporated is shifting revenue toward defense, now comprising 58% of FY25 revenues, driving recent stock rerating. I rate DCO a Hold, citing limited current upside, ongoing litigation overhang, and a need for a more defense-centric revenue mix. Valuation remains below peers like Hexcel, but further upside depends on a stronger defense shift and litigation resolution.
